The location proved CONVENIENT, as it was very close to the train station. The staff was friendly, and their service felt thoughtful. My room had good amenities.
The toilet paper felt cheap , and it was rough. My beautiful room felt quite small , so moving with luggage open was awkward. THE toilet seat in my room was loose and noisy.

The room was smaller than i expected. i found the soundproofing to be insufficient. Noise from both outside and inside the building disrupted my sleep. the lighting system was also faulty. The controls were unresponsive, and it took multiple attempts to switch lights on or off. i thought this was a little frustrating..

The location was excellent for transport. i could easily access the train station and other public transport options. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They offered detailed information when i needed it.

Fantastic stay near Atocha Station

The room was beautifully decorated, and the king size bed provided really good comfort. I found the bathroom spacious. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. There was also a tea and coffee facilities in the room. It's becoming increasingly rare, something I find very useful.
This made the hotel entrance a little less easy to see. This did not affect my stay at all.

The location is unbeatable. It is located across from the Atocha train station. This makes it a convenient location for traveling to other areas. The hotel is still quiet at night though.
